It's super easy to sleep with nothing in mind; however,
it is more than a bit harder to sleep when you have something
in mind ( especially negative ones ) .
How to get enough rest in order not to be affected in the
following day beacause of lack of sleep, which excacerbates
the worries and hence cause a vicious circle, is a big thing
to improve.
Get practicing! Everyone needs it; I've never met anyone with
no temper (i.e. the bad side ) .
